Support for organizing events aimed at empowering young people within the expert discourse

In this area, we support the creation of platforms for knowledge and experience exchange, the engagement of young experts in substantive discussions, and the development of their analytical and communication skills. Through concrete actions, we demonstrate that young people can actively shape constructive, expert-level debates on a wide range of topics, rather than remain on the margins. Particular attention is given to security, socio-political processes, and civil society development. Such initiatives contribute to building an active community of young professionals capable of participating in public discourse and contributing to decision-making processes at both national and international levels. We also pursue this work to increase the visibility of young Ukrainian experts within the expert communities in Poland and across Europe.

In this area, we actively develop cooperation with Polish, European, and Ukrainian student communities, academic societies, and (informal) initiatives, particularly outside Warsaw, responding to their needs in organizing such events. The Alliance aims to serve as a tool for amplifying the voice of these initiatives at the national level and enhancing their visibility.

At the same time, this activity provides an opportunity to disseminate the experience and expertise developed within other Alliance projects, as well as to integrate diverse communities into a shared expert and civic space.
