Power
Poland, as a historically and strategically significant country for Ukraine, offers a unique environment for the IUU to operate. With its deep-rooted connections to Ukraine and its pivotal role in European security and diplomacy, Poland provides an ideal setting where the IUU’s potential can be fully unleashed. The country’s geographic and political proximity to Ukraine makes it an essential partner for Ukrainian policy research and engagement with Western institutions.
Unlike existing similar research projects, the IUU leverages a unique advantage — it is founded and operated by Ukrainian experts with extensive international experience in analytical, diplomatic, and political fields, enhanced by a fresh and nuanced approach to Ukraine-related matters. Many European institutions working on such issues are legally restricted from employing foreign nationals, limiting their access to first-hand insights and deep cultural understanding of Ukraine’s political and policy landscape. The IUU addresses this gap by offering high-quality research and policy recommendations authored by Ukrainian professionals who understand both the internal complexities of Ukraine and the expectations of international stakeholders, allowing to see a more complete picture of Ukraine.
